Undergraduate Research Conferences

Undergraduates can present their research at the annual Undergraduate Research Conference on the UC Davis campus, or to a national audience at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research, both held every spring.

National Conference on Undergraduate Research National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR)

NCUR is a major annual event drawing over 2,000 undergraduates, faculty and administrators to hear and discuss undergraduate creative and scholarly work by oral presentations, poster sessions, artistic performances and exhibits. NCUR is held at a different university location each year. For more information visit the National Conference on Undergraduate Research Web site.

Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference

The Conference at UC Davis is an opportunity for undergraduates in all academic fields to present their research. Students are invited to submit an abstract for consideration. Research must be under the supervision of a faculty or professional in the field. The conference is designed to acquaint undergraduates with the process and academic rigors of presenting research in a scholarly manner. Students present their research projects to faculty, staff and other conference participants either by oral, poster, artistic performance or exhibit. The abstracts are to be submitted by mid-February and the conference takes place in late April. For more information see the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference page.
